No one has defended Old Glory more the last Century than the Southern white man. Even you can't be stupid enough to deny that. We gave em hell but we lost. And we became greater Americans for it.

Other than it simply being untrue of course the highlighted part is true....white men maybe given that up until the end of WW2 the military wasn't integrated but even then it wasn't comprised of more people from the south than other parts of the country...white or any other color.
You make a good point though, it is not unusual for a vanquished people to pretend to be loyal subjects while secretly dreaming of the day they can overthrow their oppressors...

No doubt....but there are a heaping plenty of donors who will step it up in order to get better seats...and if they don't, guess what? All that UA Football has lost is a bunch of fair weathered backward thinking individuals on the wrong side of history again....no one but you and yours will notice your absence or the absence of your money. This is a recurring theme from folks in the US today...many have way to high of an opinion of themselves and their benefit to mankind....when the fact is when we are room temperature a very small number of people will even realize we are no more....

Saban’s been doing this stuff for decades. Every time he goes into the house of a black kid to recruit- he is all about that black life.
