And lol at believing homosexuality isn't acceptable in society these days.
Not only is it acceptable, but it is completely unassailable and will at the very least get your arse fired or ruined in a hurry if you dare not agree publically. All of Hollywood, Washington DC, and big business are in open support of it.

Being gay isn't a sin. Having sex with a member of one's own sex is a sin. Of couse, having sex outside of wedlock is a sin too regardless of who it is with. While I don't believe that society should condone homosexuality, and I was against the SCOTUS decision regarding gay marriage, I try to remember that I too am a sinner.

I agree with LSU Patrick. God is love so loving someone of the same sex is, to me, not a sin because the bible tells us to love one another. However, engaging in unnatural sexual acts is what is condemned in the bible. So if a person is homosexual, male or female, do not engage in unnatural sexual acts. Is this asking too much of them? Priests have to abstain from sexual acts, as do Nuns and people outside of marriage. So they can do it if they want refrain from willful sin.

New Testament is against homosexuality. Yes the New Testament put together and approved by the Catholic Church in 397. The current pope is a clown and always has been and I’m Catholic.
