Weiner went to prison for sexting a 15-year-old and still has to register as a sex offender. I guess he's a changed man and wants to run for office. The audience claps like that’s perfectly normal.
If he were a Republican, they wouldn’t let him within a mile. But because he’s a Democrat, suddenly he's a poster boy for “growth” and “recovery.”
Anyways, this isn’t about forgiveness. It’s about selective outrage. The guy exploited his position and hurt a kid. That should be disqualifying for life. Period. Either way, this say more about the View than it does about him.
