Who declares anything a conspiracy?

A lot of these shows strategically leave out context or relevant rebuttals to push a fringe theory that no one but a couple kooks with books for sale would ever peddle. That's my question. This view isn't the mainstream and they provide justification for that. Are they reasonable arguments? I don't know.

I think you're trusting in man too much.

Nihilism isn't a good look for a Christian. God said he would preserve his word. I trust that.

This is a great example. Word has multiple meanings. The “Word” He is preserving is probably the Word that has been with Him since before the beginning according to John 1… the Word became flesh in the form of Yeshua.

Robert Barnes says the WHO stuff is not legally binding until a treaty is signed. The discussion on this starts about 17:40.

If the drive of your entire argument is "Here's the reason I don't have to listen to the things God said," you might want to question who asks "Yeah, hath God said...?"

How dare you! Are you implying that the bird is, in fact, not the Word?

I don't waste a lot of time on disappointed Milennialists, trying to retcon a book that got everything wrong 2000 years ago, no.

Read the Book

Unless you can read Hebrew and Greek in ancient handwritten form AND you have all the original works, you are reading what the church wanted you to read

And THAT is after they excluded and burned all the writings that they didn't like.

Most of the non-canonical writings available to us survive only because some devout early Christian managed to hide his sacred texts from the Book burners.

Tell me you don't know anything about Bible canon without telling me.

Who is us? Do you have multiple personalities now? Or are you a group of people taking shifts at a keyboard?

You know what forget all what I just said and answer this. Why are you even here? What is your purpose? Are you here to spread strife and hate, or collect a dime for every post you make?

You guys and your gnostics. Gnostics were from the 200-300s and the Bible canon was pretty much already accepted by then. Gnostics openly deny the deity of Christ, deny his coming in the flesh, and incorporated jewish mysticism, works, and greek philosophies into their teachings. They weren't Christians and were openly refuted and rejected based on the writings of the actual apostles who were with Christ due to their writings being clearly wrong, not different, wrong and still are today as is clearly evidenced by the gnostic writings we currently have available which were not destroyed.
