Nah, you’re still wrong, barrister. Crimes are committed against people. They are adjudicated by the government with jurisdiction. Case captions just make the adjudication process simpler.

It's the "how"
And every person's status as criminals isn't specifically clear, due to the degradation of rights. That's the problem.
If you remove the safeguards that help prevent innocent people from being convicted as criminals, you'll have many more innocent people in that very scenario. That's the point of being a strong defender of a system of rights.
