We need to start discussing mental treatment for the Left

With the Great Awakening upon us, our fellow Americans who have fallen into mental disrepair are going to need as much psychological assistance as possible. Americans are a good, loving people in a general sense. We need to consider how we are going to handle this mental health crisis.

I'm generally a lover not a fighter but I fear you may be right. It may come down to physical confrontation. it may be ineviitable. The other side is intransigent.

They have created an entire pseudo-religious passion play where the world has been plunged into dystopian crisis and only they can be the heroes of their imaginary narrative. These people are the Superheroes of their own imagination and only they can save us from the crisis they invented and only they can see.
It is the single largest mass hysteria in American history. And some of them are on this board, right now. It is said they consume soy products and masturbate on command whenever their wife's boyfriend orders them to. These are very disturbed pajama-wearing people. Their software is defective. And we must do what we can to bring them to reality and deprogram them before there is mass violence and self-harm.

When you automatically default to ideologically-driven fantasy and magical-thinking and you refuse to acknowledge objective reality, you are likely to have psychological issues. At that point you may be just dutifully going along with The Mob and just being a Groupthink zombie, but at some point you actually have to cross over to True Believer status. That's when you question nothing, accept what they feed you wholesale, retweet every paranoid thought from your Cultural Thought Leaders, and it truly becomes religious in nature, a moral crusade. There is very little difference between a snake-handling Fundamentalist and a guy who thinks Muh Russians stole the election. It's a faith-based expression that you are down with The Revolution and that the truth of any particular thing is irrelevant. You chose fantasy over truth, you willingly step into a world of self-delusion rather than accept truth. That's more than a bit cray-cray, that's Progressive cray-cray.

That's pretty horrifying but sums it up nicely. It's a legitimate issue. A huge swath of the American Left is really clinically insane. Call it Trump Derangement Syndrome or whatnot, it is a huge elephant in the room issue for any sane American.
