I don’t think it’s nearly as juicy, nefarious, or scandalous as people hope it will be so that a good man doing bad things can somehow be palatable and a boogie man can catch the blame for actions taken. I think it’s the simple fact that like most in DC Roberts is a greedy POS who is bought and paid for and acts based on whether the check clears or not. He’s not compromised he’s just a whore.

They did rule that using the ACA is illegal, they punted it back to the lower courts with their prayer that they will make a decision quickly.
