We screwed them over. There was an agreement when the Soviet Union dissolved that Russia and US would protect Ukraine if they gave up their nukes. Well, Russia invades them (Trump once called it a holocaust) and we abandone them and side with Russia. No balls to speak of. We’re a rogue nation now that can’t be trusted. Our president is already a shameless liar, and he’s bringing the whole nation with him.

We also had an agreement with Russia not to expand nato

Ball is in zelensky's court. Negotiate peace. Without our support.. Ukraine is all but guaranteed to lose. As the losing side.. he needs to start begging for peace, rather than continue talking tough and writing checks with his mouth that poor Ukrainians are forced to use their lives to try and cash..

No not at all the point is to physically show them they have no chance like a fart in the wind when you back talk the people bankrolling your war.
It’s war and people die, if the country giving you weapons, ammo, munitions and Intel tells you they are not going to continue funding your war efforts you listen to that county and find any and all possible was to stop. When the country funding your war tells you to stop you stop. When the country tells you you need to begin paying back this country for all of the above then you find a way for any peace and start paying.
It blows my mind that ppl can see this any other way. Our country is essentially bankrolling the whole world and I say frick no. Offer something back and we can talk
