The LA Legislature refused the LDH designation re: Covid-19. Tinker Bel Edwards overruled the legislature. Which still begs the question,how does the LDH define a "Vaccine Preventable Disease"?

More specifically, if the initial cases occur amongst vaccinated students/teachers, obviously that shoots the "Vaccine Preventable Disease" premise all to Hell.

I don’t recall the LDH or JBE doing that. However, I would love to see them go in to court in Covington and try to defend that position. Any first-year Southern Law School student could make a complete a$$ out of JBE and his lawyers by merely presenting the documented evidence of the millions of cases of people who have taken all the vaccines and still contracted COVID-19 or died of COVID-19. This would include virtually every DC politician. Hell, even the vax cultist stopped arguing that these gene therapy drugs prevent COVID-19 about six months after they started forcing people to get them. It was hard to argue that these "vaccines" worked when 3/4 of the people who were contracting Covid were "fully vaccinated."

It’s called censorship, look it up. I am just a regular mom tired of greedy politicians and big pharma trying to force something on my child without informed parental consent. If that makes me a shite stirrer, so be it.

Your post is mostly correct, but the part in bold is a ridiculous error. The vaccines have radically reduced the negative effects of covid-19. You are simply wrong about that.

EDT: Not for children, but that is because children are hardly at risk in the first place. So I would not vaccinate my kids if they were still young.
