We don’t have to show you a video when there’s a report he yelled free Palestine. The video may or may not be available yet for whatever reason

Definitely not. And the media should have highlighted the fact that he screamed “Free Palestine” right away. Law enforcement is not the media, though. There are several scenarios that could have been true that would have made it problematic for LE to immediately say it’s terrorism.
What if the Free Palestine video turned out to have been doctored and he didn’t yell that at all? Or what if it turned out that he was retarded with an IQ so low that he couldn’t even understand the politics of the Middle East? These are extremely unlikely, but LE should take a more measured approach.
I think that our side is just frustrated with the media for always withholding perp data if it implicates a POC, tranny or any other lefty special interest group. Instead of just focusing that frustration on the media, or even LE when they hide a narrative, we expect unreasonable fealty to our points of view.

Certainly the media does, and sometimes LE. I don’t think there should even be such a thing as a hate crime. Judges already had the discretion to increase punishment if circumstances called for it.
