I would be for financial incentives as well as penalties to encourage corporate ownership to lose their hold on local media outlets. I’d also love something that made propaganda peddlers like AP and Reuters less attractive to the lazy producers at said outlets. Not sure what that looks like and that’s about as heavy handed as I can get. Corporate ownership of information is unethical and a problem.
