I don't think Minnesota went out of their way to explicitly make a law giving drivers like that statutory immunity in case they feel like their life is in danger.
That tells you exactly where the state stands when it comes to defending yourself. In Minnesota, you run people over at your own risk and hope a Soros backed DA doesn't want to put you behind bars.

Here’s a novel approach. Detaining someone against their will is technically kidnapping. Kidnapping is a federal crime. You want to drop your nuts on these tards? Hit them with federal kidnapping charges because not only do they lack the legal authority to detain anyone but there is no underlying crime they’ve witnessed that would legally allow them to.
