They act like they own the public space. Every one of them is miserable about their lives. They seek purpose in doing this.....while collecting a paycheck. They should just build a mental hospital surrounding them.

Those “people” are pathetic, they have no lives.
Cut off all welfare and free healthcare and free education and all other free stuff , enforce the laws on the books and 100% of them are gone in a year.
