Was the shooters' father an illegal? There is a rumor out there.

That's why I am asking. Say what you will about this place , but it is a pretty good source. Adopted? Who were his birth parents?

In the last 24 hours on this board the shooter was:

There were 2 shooters
And there was also a reporter from the Miami Herald that only wanted to talk to witnesses if the perp was white.

No, he was adopted. The adoptive father died 10 years ago. The adoptive mother died a few years ago. This guy ended up staying with a friends family and had his own room there. Guy had a history of harming animals, making threats, etc... He was banned from carrying a backpack on campus somewhere in Florida. A teacher sent something warning other teachers about him at the school. She also reported him. Had another guy on the radio that actually reported him to the FBI. He screen shot a post where the guy said he was going to be a "professional school shooter". Screen shot was sent to the FBI and the FBI came out and spoke with the guy that sent it to them. This is how it got on the FBI radar.
Heard this on Savage Nation. Cruz was the adoptive parents last name.

All I've heard is that his adopted father died when he was very young and his adopted mother died last November from the flu and that someone decided to take him in about a week ago.

And each of the above have about as much legit journalistic corroboration as the story the Associated Press ran with that he was a white nationalist militia member.
