re: Was it intentional?

Using the signal app is not ok and apparently everyone is and has been using it for awhile to include the last administration. This needs to be addressed and it needs to stop effective immediately. Also it wasnt a leak, a reporter was added to a group text by Micheal Waltz and he reported it. The signal app is an encrypted text message app. It is still should not ever be used for anything dealing with the military or government.

Who knows if if it was intentional or not, but it shows that lefties don't really care, other than trying to grasp at "gotcha" straws. They've come out of the woodwork here, and have ignore a crap ton of massive fumbles done by their side. This is a freckle on the butt of letting a Chinese spy balloon transcend our key national areas.

This was stupid, and needs to be fixed. Apparently there was even messages saying they should move to a more secure form of communication "High Side" or something. So we are thinking this info is a big deal, but may not be.

But but but Hegseth is a drunk TV personality and worse hire ever. . Board lefties sure did but over trying to put the blame on Hegseth.

Solid post. This needs to be cleaned up for sure. I'm in the "lesson learned" camp, and thankfully it didn't turn into something worse. From what I can tell, no harm long term is going to come out of this. So fix the problem, and be thankful the issue was found without any real issues.

Yeah that more secure app is what I was referring to. I agree that it's not a great thing, so hopefully it forces them to do what they should. But like you said, using signal it isn't something this admin started. Needs to be stopped permanently for all moving forward. Obama changing protocols by keeping his BlackBerry probably lead to these situations.

Fix it and be thankful it wasn't worse.

The policy talk is exactly what we see in public.

I’m not sure I have all the details on this story, so apologies if I’m overlooking something. But I have a question…

If this conversation was classified and should not have been seen by the public, under penalty of law… then how/why is the Atlantic distributing it and getting away with it?
