Articles have not said that the Chef lived there. Some saying the chef had not been to MV since 2021. But he loved going to the local fish market on MV.
If he was staying there, who was he with and were they paddle boarding at night? If they were out there at night. Few would dive 8 feet to save him in the darkness.
