Look no further than the Borat/Rudy story on the first page. Now it's going to be complete defensive mode for Rudy for the next 12 days instead of about the laptop.

The media will definitely run with the Rudy story over the Biden story. Twitter has already pushed the Rudy story to the top of its trending, after suppressing the Biden story. Not sure that it will undermine the Hunter Biden story, though, since Rudy isn’t the exclusive source of all of the information that’s been revealed on the Biden’s.
