I think the generals are the real concern. It’ll be interesting to see what happens there.
ETA. There were a dozen or more indictments filed in 2020. I expect more arrests and extraditions to follow.

Actually, now I'm seeing multiple reports saying that stories of her being in Russia are false, and that she has actually been sworn in, in Caracas. So who knows?
