In Minnesota alone, there have been close to 100 indictments and 70 convictions already.
Thats pretty incredible considering there’s no evidence.
This is dishonesty at its finest
You're citing Biden DOJ prosecutions that I have referenced many times on here that have nothing to do with "citizen journalists" on social media and their lack of journalistic effort.
The Biden DOJ prosecutions clearly had evidence, given all the convictions.

At this point, you should be proving that there WASN’T any fraud
And this is where the dishonesty is aimed.
Flood the space with bullshite so the NPCs eat it up and try to flip the script.
It's idiocracy stuff.

Wa State AG Warns Journalists Investigating Somali Daycares is Potential Hate Crime Charge
quote:The "hate crime" business was the editorial addition of "reporter" Debra Heine at the "American Greatness" website.
“My office has received outreach from members of the Somali community after reports of home-based daycare providers being harassed and accused of fraud with little to no fact-checking,” State AG Nick Brown stated. “We are in touch with the state Department of Children, Youth, and Families regarding the claims being pushed online and the harassment reported by daycare providers. Showing up on someone’s porch, threatening, or harassing them isn’t an investigation. Neither is filming minors who may be in the home. This is unsafe and potentially dangerous behavior.”
Once again, ToD misrepresents the facts in his OP.
It must be a day ending in "Y"

That's great but you haven't given any evidence about allegations of fraud

You were describing their actions previously and don't want to claim it now?
OK, I'll let you pivot. They haven't given any evidence about allegations of fraud. That's the whole point.
All they've shown is there is a business and its at its correct address. Nothing further.

More projection from SFP. You’re the one trying to flip the script.
Just remember, man- “it’s got electrolytes.”
Keep slaying those windmills.

If the state goes after any journalist for that ...
What we apparently have here is randos showing up and harassing people.
You OK with that?

After a rash of convictions in the Somali community for childcare, SNAP, and home healthcare fraud dating back to 2022, an investigative journalist goes to visit dozens of daycare and healthcare facilities during stated business hours. Most are locked and shuttered. Zero children are present. Neighbors say these businesses are virtually abandoned. A few have one or two individuals there, but all refuse him an application to enroll a child in the facility. In the aftermath, several facilities get caught in ridiculous, contradicting lies as they try to explain away the fraud.
Non political shill apologists would call that evidence.

Yet, a CNN reporter who calls up a Mn Somali Daycare and asks if it’s legit and takes them at their word IS considered journalism??
Don’t make me laugh…

You’re not allowed to knock on the front door of a business receiving state and or federal funds and inquire about the services there?
I mean in the criminal sense? Yes, but there is no mandate to give a random information and they were all told to leave. That doesn't make it "open to the public" ( to make sure this remains relevant)
Since we’re reminding about the thread, remember this thread is about the Attorney General of Washington, threatening to bring criminal charges against people knocking on the doors of homes. These homes are the location of businesses that are receiving state and federal funds.

That doesn't mean that harassment-related crimes aren't able to be prosecuted there

He referenced a bunch of prosecutions under the Biden DOJ that led to those indictments/convictions he referenced.
Again, it isn't relevant as those had evidence and the issue with these "journalists" is their inability to properly produce evidence.
He's actually using examples that help my argument. He just didn't realize it.

Is reading comprehension hard for you? He mentioned that Shirley was not a Journalist. So, I presented an example of what Liberals think passes for journalism.
Bless your heart…
