I think he would make an great president when our president has done all he can do. I like his demeanor.

I like Mike Pence personally but he's too socially conservative to win a presidential election.

Hell, Trump didn't run on a platform of social conservatism either and he won.

he is the invisible man

people like him because they know nothing about him and he rarely says anything. that gives you nothing to form the slightest opinion if he would make a good potus

sessions is a perfect example of the devil you dont know but liked him based on very limited info

What possible “socially conservative” policies from the federal government do you fear at this point?

Cmon man, he’s been classy, on point when he does speak, especially the last couple of weeks he definitely has his stuff together. How can you argue that?

Hell no. Great VP, horrible presidential candidate. He’d be destroyed by any democrat because there is no way in hell independents would vote for Pence.

Nothing.

I'm just stating what the public perception about him is and why he's not a good candidate.

He would be a decent President at worst.

All I’m saying is, look at the democratic nominees of today and future I might add, and tell me you wouldn’t feel better with Mike Pence at the reins?

all that is subjective about his personality

it says nothing on how he would act on open boarders, gun confiscation, or any number of liberal agendas

the fact is we just dont know

does he "seem" to be a stand up respectable guy? yes, but he has never expressed any political views where he comes down on most things and the few times he did he was often not in agreement with trump on many things

i like trumps daughter too but she has stated views to show she would act as a liberal PC democrat if elected so all im saying is wait until you know where pence stands on issues before you decide he is the best replacement for trump

personally i think james woods is the closet you can get to trump to have a no BS POTUS who never back down to the DNC/MSM

It doesn’t matter what I think, I’d vote for Pence but I’m telling you his outspoken socially conservative views will not go over well with independents.

Pence's biggest downfall would be his lack of personality. He's not a dynamic individual and like it or not the masses put a value on that.

Actually, he's very good in debates.

Watch his debate with Tim Kaine and it'll surprise you how patient and calm he is. He should be acting like the most obvious snake oil sanctimonious preacher but he looks like the genuine article and the most approachable figure ever.

It's very sneaky and that talent is a product of nature, not nurture.

The Vice President's demeanor reminds most people of "Dad".
