That's an overplayed sentiment by the left mainly to score points with the elderly who aren't all mentally sound enough to understand the rhetoric. Social Security is a bit of a ponzi scheme, but the willingness to address this issue is as feeble as it is with rich Chicken farming corporations on their stance with undocumented migrant workers. The solutions of fixing social security hasn't been pitched in any effective matter, so this is a red herring.
I'm willing to bet when he finally gets to social security, the medical, and tax accommodations to/for the elderly will make them forget all about any nominal cuts to SS. I could be wrong, but I'd guess the only metric among the poor & elderly is a metric of ballot harvesting and probably poll harvesting (ie. FAKE) as well.

If you would have asked anyone whose opinions should be respected more on here before this poll literally everyone here would have said boomers and that Gen Z is a bunch of freaks. I do like how people completely 180 their position on the matter now. You guys are a bunch of fricking losers.

Regarding the "boomer" OP stupidity, you might want to take a look at the 60-69 age group and recalibrate. Boomers make up ~97% of the 60-69 cohort, and only ~60% or so of the group you're citing. A lot of Silents are caught in the >70 group.
