If you are honest, you would admit that California rigged shite 1st, and Texas is simply responding to the rampant gerrymandering that the left already employs.

You won’t be honest though.

You goose-steppers are a despicable bunch.

No poll link. No methodology. A ridiculous premise. And the reliable "maga voice" spreading the news via X. Sure. OK.

That is such a lame argument, “they started it!”. Every gerrymandering argument can ultimately be boiled down to some version of:

Dems: “what they’re doing in Texas is bad”

Reps: “Dems do it too!”

Dems: “we should ban it nationwide”

Reps: “…no”

AFTER the DEMS have ALREADY done it.

You are such a disingenuous shitbag.

Stretch your hammies so you don’t hurt yourself.

Chew on this info fuctard:

MA: 36% Republican, O seats
Total delegates -9, seats “lost”: 3

CT: 42% Republican, O seats
Total delegates -5, seats “lost”: 2

ME: 46% Republican, O seats
Total delegates -2, seats “lost”: 1

NM: 46% Republican, O seats
Total delegates -3, seats “lost”: 1

NH: 48% Republican, 0 seats
Total delegates -2, seats “lost”:1

RI: 42% Republican, 0 seats
Total delegates -2, seats “lost”: 1

HI: 38% Republican, O seats
Total delegates -2, seats “lost”: 1

Republicans “should” pick up 10 seats in those states.

lol tell me more about this goofy timeline you’ve made for yourself.

Are we going all the way back to 1812 and the Jeffersonian republicans in Mass?

No, your point was some version of “they started it”, stand on business and show us that. How far back are we going?

Also calm down, you’re going to be fine. There’s no reason to be so triggered.

Dems aren’t pledging to “ban Gerrymandering nationwide.” Where tf did you come up with that? Dems have already Gerrymandered to the max and have nothing else left, hence Newscum’s scheme to amend the state constitution.

The reality is that dems are significantly over represented in red states and we’re fixing this problem.

Would you support a nationwide ban? Every state maps drawn by an independent commission or something along those lines.

We can argue about the details but in general, would you support it?

BS. They had their chance to 'oppose' Newsom.

The republicans in the state voted against Gavin FYI.

No doubt.

Triggered - nah.

Observant - yes.

Taxation without representation is not a good look for the (far) left, which controls the Democratic Party.

The founding fathers didn’t share your view concerning things, neither do I.

No, I support state legislatures having this power because we live in a republic and not a bureaucracy. I don’t trust “independent” commissions and would rather legislators who are accountable to the people perform this task. On the other hand, I think legislators should draw districts based primarily on geography though. I do not like having districts drawn based primarily on race or politics.

How do we stop those lines being drawn like that then (politics, race)?

Do we at least agree this is likely just going to get worse, not better? Is the end game just every state leveraged to the tits? Does anyone really think that’s what anyone had in mind?

I am heartened by the people who can tell the difference between
a poll and a vote
The new lines versus a proposal to suspend the Commission
and people recognizing that just because something is on Twitter doesn't mean shite

It currently exists.

This isn’t difficult.

I gave you definitive examples in the northeast.

What California currently has in place is gerrymandering.

What they want to do is one party.

The far left (currently in charge of the Democratic Party) is vile, and totally un-American in core Western values (God, country, family).
