Get it checked regularly .. vit d is fat soluble and you don’t want too much.

My levels got to 80 with 5000iu .. and yes everyone is different.

Be careful to not take too much.

Thanks for posting.

I recall early in the COVID era, the reduced vulnerability to the virus as a result of high vitamin D levels was kind of a suppressed secret. I think Rogan was one of the first I heard reporting it, and it was subsequently validated by Dr Rhonda Patrick and others around the podcast circuit.

That was enough for me. I was already getting a good amount of daily Sun but still supplemented.

I felt confident enough in my health to not get the clot shot. This meant I was required to take a PCR test weekly. I eventually tested positive but never felt any symptoms. I began getting tested daily and found it was out of system in 4 days.

Put me down for being firmly on Team Vitamin D.

It’s why “flu season” is during the cooler temps, less sunny, stay inside time of year. It’s not really “flu season.” It’s more decreased Vitamin D season, so the virus is harder to shake.

My doctor told me this during Covid. Said he had looked into it and read that there was a correlation between D deficiency and poor outcomes.

Yet this was never talked about during the scamdemic. Criminal failure by the public health establishment.

Magnesium also plays a role in how your body processes vitamin d.

Appreciate the advice. Does anyone also use nitric oxide supplements? Heard great things about this as well.

I take 8,000 IUs of vitamin D every day, along with other supplements, especially magnesium glycinate. Haven’t had as much as a sniffle in over 10 years.

In addition to a multi vitamin I take 5000IU of vitamin D, 500mg of magnesium glycinate and 100mg of vitamin K2 each day.

I take a 5000iu/100mcg vitD/K2 combo with omega3 with dinner. I take Magnesium Taurate right before bed, as it makes sleep well.

Multi vitamin in the morning.

along with other supplements,

I feel like I take way to many supplements. More than food. I hope all the "supplements are bad for you" folks are wrong.

Since the early days of covid when the vitamin D info started coming out I've kept my level right around 80. This is good info. Thx for posting.

I'll add that to get the most out of the vitamin D you need to take some magnesium to help with absorption and also some vitamin K. In addition to a multi vitamin I take 5000IU of vitamin D, 500mg of magnesium glycinate and 100mg of vitamin K2 each day. That keeps my vitamin D level around 80.

Also need to take with food, preferably dairy, to ensure the supplements are absorbed and not destroyed by your stomach acid.

Had mine tested at the doc about a year ago. My levels were 6.

She put me on those prescription 50,000 IU tablets and told me to take one per week. I came back a few months later and my levels were like 52.

It should be noted that normal levels might vary between racial groups. Pale people in Scotland evolved not getting much vitamin D, so they are used to it. But black people get fricked living in northern climates since they adapted getting lots in tropical climates.

You need to let your wife know that semen contains nutrients including vitamin C, B12, ascorbic acid, calcium, citric acid, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, zinc, potassium, sodium, fat and protein. I guess Monica Lewisky need some supplements.

Most of the population is eating Doritos and drinking 3 sodas a day while playing video games and TikTok when not at their sedentary job.
You think they even know what Vitamin D is?

And didn’t “the experts” close all the beaches and parks to fight COVID?

I’ve taken a vitamin D supplement since Covid and the vitamin cocktail proved to be effective. My doctor checks my levels annually and it is good.

I believe the data you presented is very good.
