There is a dem democracy now type page saying the court cannot stop the will of the VA people.

Failing to say the wording making it a FAIR ELECTION was twisted.

Either there is technical issues or the court hasn't decided...

The blonde must have had a bunch of photoshop or plastic surgery. She is 2 days older than Tony Dungy.

The two other white guys look like cucks but maybe one will vote with the good guys

There are three different state laws that this broke. If this passes, it’s time to go scorched earth in other states.

I think it's interesting that the Commonwealth's attorney is arguing that there is a single election day, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. However, Virginia has early voting and allows votes to be received by mail up to the Friday after the election but then defends early voting as "participating in the election before the election." Dumb

ETA: I was wrong, it was two attorneys for the Commonwealth with that argument not both sides, they just split their time.

ETA 2: I'm surprised there wasn't any argument from the appellants on the language of the ballot question due to it being unclear.

I wonder why?

WASHINGTON — Democrats faced tough questioning before the Virginia Supreme Court on Monday during oral arguments on a redistricting referendum that narrowly passed last week, though most of the justices were oddly quiet.
