it's just a black man executing another black man in broad daylight at an apartment complex that is supposed to be for women and children only.. that life doesn't matter. And I guess, neither does the life of the 3 year old child that a mother ran inside and left standing on the sidewalk holding his/her ears.

Parkview Apartments....cops won't even go there. If you are at that complex, you are doing some violent or illegal shite. The absolute worst place in Monroe.

Not very fair from where I lived on Crescent Dr. Our maid use to live in those apts. but that was back in the late 60s early 70s.
Edit for clarification - are these apts. on Parkview Dr. in southside Monroe or are they in Richwood?
