The black woman is the biggest offender IMO. The guy wearing gray looked alarmed, and he seemed like he was going to look for help. The others seemed confused because I don't think they saw the stabbing.
The black woman saw the stabbing (see her body language), and even after seeing the woman was bleeding, she still left the train without checking on her or calling for help. That was a very bad look.

That's her, The stabbing begins at the 11 second mark of the video. By the 17 second mark she's losing consciousness and leans over on her seat. By the 32 second mark she falls from her seat and slumps to the floor.

It's got nothing to do with Humanity. People need to get it through their thick fricking skulls that today is blacks in America make the KKK look fricking egalitarian.
They're 100 times more virulently racist than anybody you know who owns a hood. And they are casual about it. You know they tell jokes about how white people look both ways before saying something. Black people feel no such compunction. Black people will say shite right in front of everybody that would get the rest of us fired if we even implied we agreed with the white person saying it.
