Race baiting? My man was just stating facts and went out of his way to not make race the issue of why the problems exist. This is why we can't have a meaningful discussion of how to fix things...not only do folks refuse to acknowledge the problems' core causes, the subjects can't be brought up lest some butt hurt SJW wants to cry racism.

It may not have been “beautiful” but it clearly had a certain sort of charm to it (hence “charm city”).
Hell, just watch any of the Barry Levinson movies set there - which are as much love letters to a particular city as anything you will ever see.
You think anyone raised there in the past 40 years would make anything similar?

Hmm, you clearly dropped a line that accused the other guy of race baiting because he was simply dropping facts that you disagreed with regarding racial settling in certain cities. Bottom line is that you said he was race baiting. I understand French, and a little bit of Spanish but damn your statement sure read like clear English to me so that is how it was interpreted.
