I watched Gutfeld last night and he showed clips of the media lambasting these hearings as mere show trials against an esteemed Man of Science. Joe Scarborough was the worst. Instead of reporting facts and looking into the validity of the claims against Fauci they immediately went on the attack against Rand Paul.

Exactly, and that was Greg Gutfleld's point. The media propagated and helped spread the lies associated with the virus; they cannot let the truth be known.

I think a lesson here is that we shouldn’t overly praise or glamorize any of these people, even the ones on “our” side.

In today’s climate, you really have to be a sociopath to rise to public prominence, especially as a politician.

I try to appreciate policy and actions, and not love or hate the humans. Because they will always disappoint.

Fall? Where did they fall? They fall every night into their comfy bed with housekeepers, private chefs, security details paid by our tax dollars, private jets, etc.

Yeah, they have it so hard. Glad they learned their lesson.
