This particular scheme has the potential to be huge. Both in terms of the fraud itself, and the impact of the names who could be criminally prosecuted.

As someone who spent time as a fraud investigator, I know better than to jump to conclusions, but this feels like one of those investigations where you know the outcome in advance. All you have to do is connect the dots well enough to make the prosecutor's job easy.

A simple google search will pull up their full, 43 page 990 for 2023.
