Vandals and Trespassers are peaceful protesters?

This is concerning the St. Louis couple that protected their property with Constitutionally protected Second Amendment right.
Every Single Last One of those trespassers should be arrested and fined and or jailed. The fact the city attorney even said those words scares the hell out of me. The mob loves the violence and the lawlessness. Its SO obvious to me why they want to disarm and disband the police. Then who will stop the mob? Not the city attorney. Not the police. No one. You and your wife vs. the mob. Good luck fellow patriots.
PS anyone know the castle law in Louisiana?

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner appeared to take a different view, releasing a statement Monday that said she's "alarmed at the events that occurred over the weekend where peaceful protestors (sic) were met by guns and a violent assault."
Gardner said her office is investigating.
"We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation or threat of deadly force will not be tolerated," Gardner said. "Make no mistake: we will not tolerate the use of force against those exercising their First Amendment rights, and will use the full power of Missouri law to hold people accountable."

So weird that she failed to mention breaking a gate to enter private property

This is going to backfire on them like a poorly tuned Harley.

Kim Gardner needs to be expelled from her job.

I really do not under the thought process of catering to the protesters. It is unlikely most of them vote or contribute to the city in any way.

I’m guessing none of the local press call her out for not mentioning private property.

She is another Soros funded plant. We need to remove all of them.

Kim Gardner is a true believer. She doesn’t “get anything” from it. She’s about “radical transformation of the justice system.”

It should send a chill down the spine of everyone who loves liberty and the rule of law.

Was the """violent assault""" a pink shirted guy telling the trespassers to "move along"?

Need to know since it appears we may be on our own when it comes to home defense.

The peaceful protesters narrative is a lie and always has been a lie
Conservative media especially needs to stop with the peaceful protest BS

There is something truly psychotic in insisting they are peaceful as large unruly mobs are chanting, banging drums, and screaming murder through a quiet neighborhood.
"No Justice No Peace", but we are truly honestly peaceful! Be scared. Expect us, fear us, we will break the law. But don't say we threatened you. We’re peaceful!
How does one reconcile these contradictions?

From NOLA.COM
quote:
Specifically, before 2006 the law said the use of force was justifiable when preventing an offense against one's personal safety or the safety of one's property, but only if the amount of forced used was "reasonable and apparently necessary to prevent such offense."
The law also stated homicide was justifiable in similar cases: when committed in self-defense by one who "reasonably believes" he is in danger of great bodily harm or death; to prevent a forcible felony; and to prevent trespass on private property.
quote:
In 2006, legislation introduced by then state Rep. Eric LaFleur added the "stand your ground" provisions to Louisiana's castle laws. All previous castle law provisions remained in place.
quote:
Any person "who is in a place where he or she has a right," including a public space, does not have an obligation "to retreat" if faced with a real or perceived threat and "may stand his or her ground and meet force with force."
