I agree. I was hopeful that Walz would stumble when he seemed hesitant at the beginning, but he was solid. I didn't agree with him, but he articulated (hid?) his positions well.

My blind spot is the bias of the debate moderators and how that plays with Independants and also the fact that Vance deftly cleared the "likeability" hurdle
