Obviously it’s C but the flaw in your logic is that you automatically assume “racial disparities” means someone is blaming white people when that isn’t the case. Nobody is attacking you or white people personally when they say X race has it worse and they also aren’t saying Y race doesn’t have it bad. Numbers are numbers. If I were to mention the racial disparities in crime statistics would you be up in arms? So why are you now?

Motte and Bailey defense. You darn well know that in 2021, when someone says racial disparity, that’s synonymous with systemic racism. It’s like you don’t even know that you are engaging in critical race praxis. You seem genuinely not aware that you’re doing it.

The assumption is that any disparity between 2 racial groups is “racial injustice” if it’s blacks on the negative side, and “about damn time” if it’s whites on the negative side.
Unless this is a scientific inquiry about genetic causes of cancer, or cultural differences leading to the disparities, it’s not actually helpful to draw a distinction between these groups.
Here’s a question to explain what I’m saying. Which group gets cancer more? Blue eyed people or brown eyed people? I’m willing to bet that the percentages aren’t equal. But are they significant? Are they important for research? Or, wouldn’t the act of reporting such a factoid of disparity in eye color getting cancer be a cause for false concern and needless worry?

2 reasons. One is that with crime statistics, you are looking at behaviors, not biological pathology, which is involuntary/
The second reason is that the disparity in crime statistics is quite large between the races. If it were just a few percentage points, and not double, it probably could be argued away as a result of unknowable multi-variant conditions.
If you want to reduce crime (I’m talking to you, Democratic Party), you might want to figure out why there is such a disparity so as to find clues for why it’s so much worse in one cultural group.

Forensic anthropologists seem to think different. Also brain size is easily notable. The difference in skull shapes is obviously different. The hormonal differences is easy to see. So are the problems mixed bred people have in finding genetic matches for organs. So is jews looking like prehistoric neanderthals. So is Africans looking like homo erectus. This isn't to say any race is better than another, just that ignoring it is degrading to what process could be made.
But you should keep up the pilpul and subversion, it is expected.
