Asians have never been a Republican voting demographic. Even in 2004 which is when Bush won with the highest percentage of minority votes for a Republican, 56% of Asians voted for Kerry.
Name the year or decade you're talking about and I'll look up the Asian vote data for then just to prove my fricking point.

We can all provide anecdotal examples of this...
Once I worked w a mechanical engineer who was whip smart, courteous, good humored, and put in the long hours. The company was paying this dude the big bucks.
Oh yeah, and he happened to be an African American not an African immigrant. So no excuses.
What profit are these race baiters getting from stirring the pot?
Here, you can't pit one class against another so much. We aren't Europe with an entrenched millennia old caste system.

I don't think current racism has much to do with the underperformance of black Americans, but the reason those groups do so much better is partially because they were the cream of their countries, not the average. Indians, for example, are from the upper crust of their country. Of course they will do better.
