That's interesting.
Not really that interesting. A small county government can take...not a piece of someones property for..not a reason of national security and pay you for it, but take ALL of your land for missing a couple of property tax payments, after having paid them 10's of thousands of dollars over the years.
*Point:*
If someone can take away from you, your long ago, paid in full property, and do so legally...guess what? You never actually owned it.
Isn't THAT interesting?

He is just referring to the illusion of "owning" your property. Reality is you are just leasing it from the government.
