So this precedence can be used for all crime. Not a crime before committed, so no standing and it is moot after the crime was committed so no justice.

This is saying Penn changed election laws without the authority to do so. It's not a Trump lawsuit. Saying it's moot after the election is saying, even if they broke laws, too bad, election is over.
