He isn’t “resigning”. He is filing retirement papers so he gets his pension for life when his term ends.

Raúl Grijalva has voted more often this session than Eric Swalwell has. Raul died a little over a year ago.
Eric Swalwell was one of your best presidential candidates in 2020. He has missed 95 votes this session of congress.

He didn't? I mean if you want to get "WELL AKTCHULLY" technical he didn't, but Herrera was leading him in the polls going in to the runoff when Gonzalez saw he couldn't win and dropped out.
