Sure he can level places does that make sense considering the long term implications?
You're missing the point.
Trump makes threat
Iran laughs
Trump makes threat
Iran laughs
Trump makes threat
Iran laughs, bombs our ally, attacks our ship
Trump makes threat
Iran laughs
It's a joke at this point.

Empty threat number 4332. This cuck is embarrassing us. We're out of bombs and Iran knows it, just empty threat after empty threat while the whole world laughs at us.
I'm going to withhold judgement until this is over. Trump is not known for making empty threats.

Seriously?
Trump makes empty threats all the time. He just says whatever comes to mind, and a lot of the time (for him) that includes threats.
I get that what you are saying is that Trump also takes action...more so than most presidents. That's true too. But the two things can be (and are) true at the same time.

Nah but we have spent a consequential amount. My working hypothesis is that Trump is very sensitive about the US bond market. A cup and handle was forming on the 10-year yield about to send it beyond Trump’s pain threshold (4.4-4.5%) so he went backsies on “Project Freedom” and is acting again like there has been a breakthrough in negotiations. I think Trump knows that carrying through with his threats could cause some havoc in the bond market and that he will avoid escalated bombing as long as he can.

Right?
It's probably the 4th thing he's best known for behind (1) being crass, classless, and insulting, even when it's completely unnecessary, (2) talking with his hands, and (3) having bad hair and orange skin.

It's pretty easy to see when he's being hyperbolic and when he's being serious. It isn't difficult to figure out at all.

Have you been in a coma the last 10 years?
Biden, Kamala, Hillary, McCabe, Cheney, Obama, Schiff, Brennan, Taylor, James, Putin, Russia, China. Bro has made more empty threats than a 5th grade bully on the playground. It's embarrassing.

Hi, chimp.
Someone turned the crank on the grinder this morning, I see.

So when he reported last year that Iran's nuclear capability had been completely destroyed, was he being serious or hyperbolic?
It's not as easy for me to be able to tell as it is you.

He was being serious, and he was also correct.

No the problem is IRAN knows this as well.

It is for Trump, not me. He's the one who claimed that the nuclear capability was completely obliterated and then 8 months later claimed that Iran was close to having completed nukes. And Iran claimed the same thing.
So did someone give Iran those nukes?
Because Google says that it takes 2-3 years to build a facility capable of manufacturing a nuclear weapon. Trump made his statement in late June of 2025.
I think you can claim he was being serious but he was wrong, or I think you can claim that he made the statement half-serious, half-hyperbolically, knowing that he didn't really know whether they had destroyed all of Iran's capabilities or not but figuring he'd just claim it anyway (which is what I think happened), but the one thing you are a moron to claim is that he was both right and serious.
Because he obviously couldn't have been right.
