Wow. As new pipelines are commissioned you immediately see the production jump like this. Now up to 12.9 million per day. And natural gas rolling as well.

For you boys in that industry, nice work, keep it up.

If the Dems win 2020 the first order of business will be to curtail the oil and gas business. Thereby destroying the economy to save the economy. But then they will replace the Trump jobs he has provided blacks and minorities with trinkets (remember the Obama phones and party favors he gave them instead of a job and a family) and they will march to the polls in lockstep and vote Dem again. Since perception is more important than a job. And the wage and living standards gap will explode one more time.

Not a big fan of the Dems but the most rapid production growth in US history came under Obama, so much so that the US completely unbalanced the global crude market in a good way.

That may be so but this Democratic party is not Obama's democratic party

They have gone off the deep end even further than imaginable

Not in Louisiana

We’re still suing oil and gas companies who drill near because our citizens are functionally retarded

That may be so but he fought it kicking and screaming the whole way. This man (Trump) welcomes it.

To have a man tell you he is going to kill an industry and your power bill necessarily is going to have to skyrocket. he deserves credit for nothing when it comes to energy.

This is why I’m happy getting out of Turkey and eventually the Middle East . We simply don’t need them and their backwards culture anymore.

LOL! He fought drilling. He fought fracking which is the world standard. Fracking just happened to be maturing when he came on the scene. We are a world wide net exporter and you leftists will destroy the economy which is based upon inexpensive energy. Given the chance to do so. That puts government and not business in the driver's seat.

The only reason why this happened under 0bama was because of the oil spike in 2007-2008 as it took oil companies a few years to ramp up production. It takes time to find new oil, lease mineral rights, and drill new wells.

LINK

There is a reason the usual group of shitstains are busily creating straw-men instead of proving me wrong.

On election day 2008 the US was producing roughly 4.8 mbpd, pretty much a historical low, by Election day 2016 production was 8.7 mbpd with a high of 9.5 mbpd during 2014.

Obama had frick all to do with it but those are facts.

$2.7B pipeline Project I’m on just started moving (partial in-service) oil 2.5 weeks ago. West Texas to Corpus Christi.

Company I’m with has many more planned. Growth was halted on previous administration.

And E&P and midstream equities are cratering...these are some of the darkest days in the industry as shitco management teams destroyed billions of capital drilling uneconomic wells. Bankruptcies and massive layoffs are going to be the O&G story for 2020.

That happened in spite of him. He fought O&G development especially on Fed lands. Didnt keep him from touting it though being the great sleaze ball he is.

Obama fought oil production, the fact that the industry had a natural upturn DESPITE Obama doesn't credit Obama.

No such thing in Trump economy. Watch what happens when the trade deals take hold.
