To play for a U.S. National team you should be willing to run through a brick wall for this country or storm a foreign beach in the face of certain death. I want people representing us that would ride giant eagles into the teeth of the enemy's fire. This is a good idea. Just have an announcer say, "Thank you to our athletes for kneeling in honor of all those that have given their life for our country and our freedom" after the anthem. They will probably have a seizure right there on the field.
