If you don't think Russia knew about these bombing before they were sent, I truly believe you never made a deal in your life.

Just remember, people were calling for Trumps head because he had a great relationship with Putin.

Start thinking about the big picture!!

Hell ya America!!

Trump warned about using chemical weapons on citizens, that warning was not taken serious by syria's group, due to the "red line" Obama spoke of trump backed his words up.

How do we know trump is right or wrong without any information?

Just wait and see first

Obama stopped the chemical weapon attacks by Syria by threatening to bomb them without actually having to do it.

Evidently Trump didn't think he could pull that off.

The chemical attack line wasn't crossed again until Obama left office.

80 tomahawk misiles is 100 million worth of ordinance.

Is that what your sorties cost?

Well are we going for regime change or just take me out his Air Force and chemical weapons capabilities?

Bingo. If its just the latter I don't think anyone besides Assad really cares all that much, hell if it's contained to this it's probably a pretty great idea.

Next joint command meeting is going to be a bit awkward.

Breaking: U.S. launches military action in Syria

Yep.

Donald Trump can go frick himself with an aids cactus.

It's one thing to be a harmless and funny hypocrite, it's entirely another to be a dangerous hypocrite that doubles down on failed Mideast policy that's burnt billions of American dollars and cost us American troops lives and further destabilizes the Mideast.

Yeah, that's it.

Nothing to do with colluding with Russia to undermine our democratic form of government. Nobody cares that Trump may have done that.

and Trump waving a magic wand or setting up a meeting with Putin just to throw shite in his face is not going to change the facts of any criminal acts he and his campaign probably committed in getting elected President.

It's about asserting leadership and strength. That the US does follow through with its actions. That it's military is mighty. That we do stand up for basic human rights. If that gets more and more countries to trust us and want to be like us and share our values the better it is for US national security. I understand your point though. It's not like the Syrian military had NYC in its sights or something, but what happens across the globe does impact us.

It's always risky to throw down; but I think your assessment of Trump's action is correct. Madmen and bullies only respect strength and the will to use it. ISIS, North Korea, Iran and China will all analyze and plan accordingly re pushing Trump's buttons. I suspect those 'flybys' will abate, and the Iranian treaty-breaking missile tests and commandeering for ransom of our ships too.

The alternative to do nothing...sure wouldn't make the World safer. Sarin gas on kids won't cut it in today's World; and no Leader could sell that re World Opinion.

So, what do you (President) do? You show them that you never cross that line!!

Just like disciplining your kid, you tell them no and give a consequence. If they disobey again, you hold up the end of the deal and give them the consequence. very simple....

People are under estimating our military and President (thanks Obama..). Draw the line in sand and act on it if you cross it....Don't put up with the bullshite!!
