This squishy shite is why we’re never going to be able to have a country again. You realize what we’re up against? This whole weak federal government shite isn’t going to work against this enemy. These are not people operating in good faith. They want you dead, they want me dead, they never stop until they have full control and power. What we do isn’t going to make them any more or less inclined unless there is no way for them to ever get their hands on anything again.

Again, this is clearly about Trump. Nothing has changed. Except this judge now causing massive backlogs in immigration courts and detention centers and her order violating the law. That’s it. Not one thing you are clutching your pearls over has changed.

It is still in opposition to federal law. And you whine about the reasonable suspicion standard but trust government to determine if a person might flee?
What is the judges definition of flee?

Just ignore him because this one is so obviously unattached to the Constitution it's not even funny. They can arrest you and me if they see us committing a crime but the court wants me to believe that if an ice agent watches you walk across the border he can't arrest you before he runs to a judge and gets a warrant? Let these frickers try to enforce it and then when they do arrest them.

This is ludicrous. ICE has the warrants. This Judge is throwing out a headline and should be removed from the bench immediately for advocating to break federal law.
