No, I can point out Ukraine on a map. And I'm not in favor of intervention there at all.
But you were the person in this thread who used the word "jingoistic", which I find to be pretty hyperbolic and pejorative when used. And I was merely agreeing with his assessment of those who use it.

I read an article this morning (sorry will try to find link), about how the media in the US doesn't report as much on international affairs as other some other developed countries. People just aren't exposed to other countries as much, and only a percentage of the population bothers to educate themselves.
I think that may have a lot to do with it.
