You're going to freak out when you realize that you've been paying tariffs your whole life, it was just never publicized before Trump.

So you want deductions and exemptions but you don’t want others to have them?

The funny part would be asking y'all what you thought about tariffs 10 years ago.

I and most everyone else in America was blissfully ignorant to them and the fact that we were running at such a huge trade deficit to other countries. It became an accepted fact of life under multiple shitty presidents.

Just like controlling the border, we just needed a non-shitty President to address trade. Thank you, President Trump.

No one has attempted to answer my question. Why should I want a blanket 15% tariff on European goods?

Would this deal have been worse with reciprocal zero tariff on most goods?

Quite the opposite. I dumbed it down for diamond members in the derangement brigade like yourself.

So you are saying tariffs are not taxes that get passed along to the consumer because of how grok answered your incredibly stupidly worded question? Who pays them?

At the PC just 2.5 hours ago, Trump was acting like they weren't that close to making a deal. The man's skillset is perfect for making deals.

Isn't it GREAT having a President who actually wants to do what is best for America? For a change?

Haven’t seen all the deets but getting EU bloc down to 15% before Q4 was critical.

All that’s left is Mexico & Canada… this is looking good.
