Correct. Kash Patel said all along there were likely docs that were properly declassed that hadn't gotten their new stamps indicating as much, but that's immaterial once the order's given.

I don't have time to go back and read PhD's reply but... A legal expert on Ingraham's show last night said every President is set up with an office and SCIF and it would have been perfectly legal if Trump had even TS documents.
It was also illegal and unheard of: For Biden to lock down crossfire hurricane documents as Top Secret AFTER Trump declassified them. It throws out executive and Presidential privilege.

A small synopsis of what they say is in the affidavit.
There are several civilian FBI witnesses and informant’s close to Trump.
In January he returned over 100 documents and some were classified and 24 or 25 were top secret, NDI(National Defense Intelligence), and documents about personal info of undercover agents/spies/witnesses. There was no evidence that the documents had been declassified. The documents that were returned were not stored securely. Some of these files were not labeled and some were not in folders. Some of these documents had Trumps writing on them.

Correct. Which begs the question - why won't the MSM address the fact that there is a SCIF at Mar-a-Lago?

In addition, as a matter of law and precedent, a former president cannot break the laws listed in the affidavit. Also, Biden could not have rescinded executive privilege without knowing about the DOJ operation.
