The IG's report also contradicts itself, it cant even properly establish when the "investigation" started. It also fails to mention that the evidence now proves the entire case was predicated on a lie. Even if CH was opened officially at the end of July, by no later than September of that year did they have definitive proof the entire thing was a hoax, yet they kept it open by falsifying documents well into 2017
