Perhaps Trump shouldn’t break the law.

The only law broken was by Bragg and the crooked political judge orchestrating a show trial to deny Trump his constitutional and civil rights under the color of law.

quote:

CIVIL RIGHTS CONSPIRACY

18 U.S.C. § 241

Conspiracy Against Rights

Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in the United States in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States or because of his or her having exercised such a right.

Unlike most conspiracy statutes, §241 does not require, as an element, the commission of an overt act.

The offense is always a felony, even if the underlying conduct would not, on its own, establish a felony violation of another criminal civil rights statute. It is punishable by up to ten years imprisonment unless the government proves an aggravating factor (such as that the offense involved kidnapping aggravated sexual abuse, or resulted in death) in which case it may be punished by up to life imprisonment and, if death results, may be eligible for the death penalty.

Section 241 is used in Law Enforcement Misconduct and Hate Crime Prosecutions. It was historically used, before conspiracy-specific trafficking statutes were adopted, in Human Trafficking prosecutions.

MISCONDUCT BY LAW ENFORCEMENT & OTHER GOVERNMENT ACTORS

18 U.S.C. § 242

Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law

This provision makes it a crime for someone acting under color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. It is not necessary that the offense be motivated by racial bias or by any other animus.

Defendants act under color of law when they wield power vested by a government entity. Those prosecuted under the statute typically include police officers, sheriff’s deputies, and prison guards. However other government actors, such as judges, district attorneys, other public officials, and public school employees can also act under color of law and can be prosecuted under this statute.

If you don't see it, you never will.

Trump wasn't reinstated and won't be.

He's not the CIC

There's no pause

Keep trusting the plan though.

That statement makes no sense... either it's rigged or not... what do you mean couldn't plan for it ???...

You can rig something and it not work. There is a limit to the last minute vote adding that's available - and they underestimated how much they would need. That's not crazy.

Is there anyone breathing that doesn't believe that this was planned and timed for the elections and another malicious attack against the enemy of the establishment?

Real talk. I want someone to say with 100% of their mental capacity in tact that they believe this was not planned.

I'll wait.

Now listen, I may not like the verdict either. But if we don't accept it, it'll undermine the whole judicial process and we'll be no better than they are.

I've been trying to find it but haven't had any luck. Has anyone seen how they voted on the predicate crime? Did they go unanimous on one, or all, of them or did they do what Merchan said they could and split the baby with them all voting for at least one the 3 predicates?

Appeals are part of the judicial process. There are several very clear appealable rulings. Your post makes zero sense.

Trump is the most unjustly maligned President we have ever had

Maligned? Yeah, like every president ever— Unjustly? Matter of opinion… Conservative media was relentless in maligning Obama thru 8years of scandal-free peace and prosperity…

You'd rather him just be quiet and take his lumps.

YES. Whining is unbecoming. Show me clips of George Bush whining and pouting about somebody talking about him,
.
Or Obama… held his chin up, blocked out the noise, did his job, never addressed his critics.
How about Reagan? Or Clinton?

Nope, none of them were ever a whiny thin-skinned bitch like Trump
