Conspiracy Against Rights

You can rig something and it not work. There is a limit to the last minute vote adding that's available - and they underestimated how much they would need. That's not crazy.

I've been trying to find it but haven't had any luck. Has anyone seen how they voted on the predicate crime? Did they go unanimous on one, or all, of them or did they do what Merchan said they could and split the baby with them all voting for at least one the 3 predicates?
