Would require some form of exotic matter we (the public) are currently unaware of I think. But I wouldn't say it's impossible.

Some things that have existed on earth since before modern times that the US government has kept behind very secure doors. Things that were found and can't be explained.
We don't have big-eyed grey beings behind glass or some futuristic spacecraft we're keeping to reverse engineer, but most likely some video, witness accounts, artifacts, and other strange technology that we've found and kept under wraps throughout our history that have no earthly explanation

I'm just amused by how badly you obviously want it to be true and how much you believe any ridiculous rumor that floats around online about it.
That's the most amazing thing to me about it. Not that you believe it, but that you so obviously WANT it to be true so badly.
If I thought there was any possibility that Trump is doing anything other than pulling people like you's chain with that stuff—in other words, if I thought for a second that it could be true that this planet has been visited by little green men from another planet and that we've "obtained around 40 craft" and they can exceed the speed of light and that we have physical alien specimens in custody 4 miles deep underground out in the desert somewhere, I'd be scared out of my mind.
Because if there was a race of aliens capable of coming here from somewhere else, their level of technology would be so far above ours that they wouldn't think anything more about wiping us off the planet than you would think about gasoline bombing a yellow jacket's nest. Especially if we'd kept some of their individuals in captivity.
And if we took that technology and reverse engineered it we'd just blow ourselves up with it.
And if they wanted to help us, they would have already (of course, if they wanted to harm us, they would have already blown us to bits...that's also true. But only if they were real, which they're not).
So I laugh more because I can't imagine how you think a discovery like that would signal any kind of good news than anything else.

I've never seen anything move like the thing I saw in the sky that day—before or since—and if you ask me what I think it was, I think it was either an optical illusion or possibly secret military technology, with the first option being pretty far ahead of the second.
I would put little green men driving a spaceship way farther down the line of probability than either of those two.
As analogy, let's say the optical illusion probability is represented by an object sitting on the ground.
The probability of it being secret alien craft might be represented by an object on top of the Empire State Building. Pretty far removed in terms of likelihood.
But the probability of it being little green men would be represented by an object sitting on the moon.
