He won’t but last night he endorsed me to run in four years on a similar platform with his financial backing. It might have been the rum speaking but I won’t bow down to the old Gal political machine. This is great area in this country to live in. We have an opportunity to progress and prosper respectfully. I’m all in.

We have some blind Americans. You put your effort into it and that should be commended. Many here were very supportive of you good sir

Not a total loss, I bet you educated many people and its like a plant that grows. Maybe that education helps them educate other people. In time it can make a difference even if it seems like a loss now it isn’t. Thanks for all you did to make a difference!!

I would’ve voted for you if I could. I voted in the Repube primary and there wasn’t even a Republican representative present on my ballot. I live in the belly of the beast in a Deep Blue neighborhood in Jefferson County! So at least you gave voters a choice!

Don’t give up on your ideals or the average Alabama citizen. Overall, I don’t think Alabama voters are dumb — they just are uneducated. Very few people follow these issues like we do on this forum. Yet like Ron Paul’s runs for the Presidency, your campaign may have exposed some people to some alternative ways of thinking about Freedom and Liberty.

No shame in your efforts. It takes courage to put yourself out there like that and run.

Reggie,

We've spoken on phone a many times times over the years as our businesses cross over in RE. I'll reach out to you this week.

I live in OBAL. Moved family wife and 3 kids youngest now 21) here full time sunner of 01. Family has owned property her since 84.

Thanks for the efforts. I agree with your ideas on types of change needed. the old family name pull is tough to overcome. People are very superficial. Don't give up.

How bad was voter turn out down here? I didn't see much about it while out an about on Tuesdy.

Ron Paul cured my apathy.
Quite the compliment, bc without him, I would never have began writing op-eds, attending city council meetings, working in DC, nor obv have ran for this position. Owe that man a lot.

Sec of state estimated 30% before the race.
Numbers in our area say it was 25%.
