One of the stupidest things you have ever posted here and that’s saying a lot. Rudy not working for money. You are a joke.
Which is why he can only get Rudy to do it. Every other attorney would want to be paid, and they know they never would be.

Can't wait to see how he fricks this up.
When Bolton calls you out as a frickup and is right. Then you know you lost your touch.

Easy case.
Congress has no impeachment jurisdiction over a private citizen.
Dismissed.

Literally anyone could defend this impeachment.
So it’s telling that Rudy is the worst possible choice, isn’t it.

Either way, where is it codified a former president can be removed from an office he no longer holds?

The Constitution does not say one way or the other.
My recollection is that impeachments have occurred after someone left office. Remember that impeachment isn’t only the President.

Republican strategist Karl Rove suggested on Sunday that President Trump is at higher risk of the Senate voting to convict him in his second impeachment trial if his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani spearheads his defense.
So, IOW, it's a slam dunk for acquittal.

On behalf of the Democratic Party, I’d like to thank Rudy Giuliani for all that he’s done.

There's still the confirmation of the impeachment articles but the senate still has to confirm.
So this is going for the disqualify route. Is it really hard to understand this stuff?

UPDATE: Karl Rove says this makes conviction MORE likely.
Did he have the whiteboard out while saying this

The problem with that matrix is it conflates legitimate irregularities with ones that kill credibility.
For example, the poll watcher abuse: 600k votes in PA. You’re never going to convince anyone to throw out that many votes because a poll watcher was not within 6 feet.
But there are legitimate ones where absentee was allowed despite state laws prohibiting it.
Conflating those dilutes the message.

There's a documentary out on the NY Mafia that's worth watching. Giuliani lead the successful effort.

Interesting. I’m not sure this rule applies if he is not going to testify.
