No way in hell the poor black population will pay those hugely inflated prices of government regulated weed.
You can drink natty and malt liquor or you can drink Ghost in the Machine and PappyVanWinkle
Weed is no different. If it’s legal I’m sure there will be a swag brand

They don't need to police themselves anymore than I need to police my neighbors' kids. And there is no urban black community. It is just a bunch of people living near each other who worry about themselves mostly, just like any neighborhood.
I always cringe when I hear "black community", like they rounded them all together. If someone said I was part of the "white community" I would be giving someone an ear full.

Uhh, yeah. We do.
Next moronic question?

Sweet sentiment. Painfully naive.

Is this where we pretend that problems that have existed for 50 years are going to change

I have none of that crap in my neighborhood. If I did, you bet your arse I'd be calling the cops.
There are plenty of neighborhoods without these issues. You hear about the ones that the issues have been going on for decades. You all are really naive about the level of involvement cops have in the drug trade in poor communities. People call the cops often.

Contrary to popular belief, the worst element of the black community do not fear the police. They don’t fear others in the community. Nothing will change until they DO fear others in the community.
Medellin and Cali Columbia were the definition of shithole in 1990. Cops killed daily. Politicians killed, judges killed. People willing to do that don’t fear law enforcement.
Both cities are now incredible examples of safe, secure, vibrant free market economies. They got that way because someone organized, and began fighting the criminal element. Thugs were killed en masse. Their pets were killed. Their families were run out, and things changed overnight.
Regardless what you believe about our bad communities, the good people living there far outnumber the bad. If they want good neighborhoods, they are going to have to build them themselves, and it might mean losing a few family members, or friends.
The police can’t protect people. Most think “cops carry weapons to protect the people”. Cops will tell you, we carry weapons to protect ourselves.

What about all those white opiod addicts that suddenly white people say is a disease and needs help? Should they be treated differently?
So, what's the point here? The only ones that believe in the "disease theory" are the ones who enable addiction, and the ones who give an excuse to the enablers to not feel guilty about it.

It's so much easier to live in hate of all things white!
The animals can riot loot murder burn rape steal with zero consequences. And the full support of local politicians.
Because it's all about revenge on whitey.
They hate white people so much they burn down black owned businesses; nice touch morons.

quote:Absolute truth of why there is so much failure and pathological socialization in the black community.
We surely don’t blame other races, the system, or the police. We certainly also don’t rally around them and treat them as martyrs.
The truth and the ability to let the truth be told is missing in the black community (just like in this thread with the posturing going on).

This is the part of the “Conversation” that DEMs and black community don’t want to have.

Actually yes, have done exactly that. Suspected something was going on in our neighborhood, went to our local sheriff office with another neighbor, gave them the details, and a few months later the situation was rectified. LEGALLY!
That was years ago and I'd do it exactly the same if the situation presents itself again.
The fact you think this is even a question worth asking is a bit disturbing and shows your ignorance.

I think I witnessed a murder in here with mahdragonz trying to white splain black communities to shaft Williams who is actually black. Should we put a missing person apb out for mahdragonz?

One could live outside a black majority neighborhood and still have great opinion on what is necessary to repair the black area . They could use what most first time parents in white neighborhoods do . Attend to their child’s needs. Keep the child’s surroundings safe . Be active in their growth to lead down a path of productivity . Not having a healthy home atmosphere is a non starter no matter what family you come from . It’s not always about money as there are unhealthy family atmosphere in rich white / black / Asian households as well if the have absentee parents.
